Terms and Conditions
  • Exhibitor space is first come, first served. The registration form, payments, and logos/ads
    must be submitted by February 25th, 2020 for recognition in promotional materials.
  • Payments are non-refundable if notice of withdrawal is received after March 5th, 2020.
  • NAYA Family Center reserves the right to select eligible exhibitors, see criteria for vendor selection.
  • Everyone staffing an exhibitor table must sign and return the Code of Ethics by March 5th, 2020.
  • Once the registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation packet with more details about the event.
Criteria for Vendor Selection:

In order to ensure culturally appropriate and reputable participants, NAYA Family Center reserves the right to reject registration requests based on the following criteria:

  • A business or personal history of negative interactions or transactions in the field of housing sales or services to clients or participants in the normal course of business;
  • A firm or group with any unexplained consumer protection complaints in housing-related business practices, or a pattern of consumer investigations;
  • A firm or group that has complaints on file with the State Construction Contractors Board;
  • Any group that is listed on the Federal Government’s Excluded Parties List System (made up of debarred contractors from federally funded projects).

Any sponsor, member, exhibitor or workshop presenter at the Native American Housing to Homeownership Fair (hereafter referred to as “the Fair”) agrees to follow these rules of conduct by signing below:

  1. To not engage in predatory lending practices;
  2. To provide honest and accurate information to attendees;
  3. To not engage in bait and switch practices;
  4. To ensure that customers’ interests are the number one priority of the Fair;
  5. To conduct all business activities in an open and honest manner;
  6. If providing bilingual translation services, to interpret the language to the client to the best of your knowledge and without willful distortion or transformation of the facts, messages, themes, concepts, or content in a manner that would be considered an unreasonable variation of the interpretation;
  7. To acknowledge that all materials (educational resources, forms, handouts, etc.) including list
    of participants in the fair and workshop, which are produced on behalf of the Fair, exists as copyrighted property of the Fair. Reproduction or other uses of this material is not allowed without the consent of NAYA Family Center.
  8. Workshop presenters are to provide information and education in a neutral manner and are to recommend services and resources most appropriate to customers’ needs. Participants who would like to obtain more information must be directed to booth exhibitors at the fair.
  9. Each vendor/booth exhibitor is responsible and liable for any damage they may inflict on the premises and liable for any information and/or materials provided by the vendor/booth exhibitor which may result in injury or harm to anyone attending the Fair. NAYA Family Center will not be responsible or liable for any lost or stolen items or damage and/or harm caused by the vendor/booth exhibitor.
  10. In the course of organizing the Fair, the participants agree to keep all customer information confidential and not to discuss or divulge sensitive confidential information to anyone.
  11. Soliciting in aisles and entrances is prohibited.
